Balaji Rao Solanki is an Applied Data Science graduate student at IUPUI and a .Net Full Stack Developer with over 7 years of experience in the information technology and services industry. Balaji is a highly motivated individual who believes in continuous learning and strives for excellence in his work. He has worked on multiple projects and ecosystems for clients in the health, banking, and e-commerce domains. Balaji is experienced in implementing and managing strategies that team members use to achieve their goals, delegating tasks based on each member’s strengths and skills, and offering the training necessary to complete certain tasks. He prioritizes tasks from the backlog and assigns them to the team, collaborating with clients in certain intervals to discuss progress and new features and functionalities. Balaji has expertise in developing web applications using ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and LINQ. He also has experience in AWS Lambdas, AWS SQS, AWS SES, CloudWatch, AWS EC2, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, AWS S3, and AWS Systems Manager. Balaji has designed application architectures and flows in ecosystems and developed web applications using Angular and Aurelia JavaScript frameworks. He has created Typescript reusable components and services to consume REST APIs using component-based Architecture. Balaji has played different roles throughout his career, including software engineer, team leader, team single point of contact, trainer, code reviewer, and team member. He has experience in Healthcare and Banking Domains and has written complex database queries, stored procedures using SQL Server. Currently working as a Principal Software Engineer at techigai, Balaji has worked as a technical team lead. He has implemented open communication culture and was available for the team. Balaji has designed and implemented an ecosystem for the client from scratch by leading the development team. He has managed the team and overseen the day-to-day activities within the team for progress and blockages, while delivering development tasks in parallel. Balaji has involved in the complete Software Development Life Cycle including Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, and Maintenance with Agile/SCRUM Methodology. Balaji has a Master of Science degree in Applied Data Science from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
